Privacy – sharing personal information
Legal Italian requirements require us in some cases to share some of your personal information with other entities.
If you only need a simple receipt for you payment, we don’t communicate any information to anybody.
If you require a formal invoice for your payment, we have to share some information with the Italian tax authorities (and thereby also with our accountants). We share the name, address and date and place of birth, and eventual “codice fiscale” and VAT number, of the payer. This information all appears on the invoices, which are sent in copy to our accountants and the Italian tax authorities.
No other information is shared with anybody else.
All communication between our booking system and private cloud storage, and our local devices and computers, is encrypted to safeguard your data.
